|Recommended: NoNot Living Up To Tenant’s Expectations — Maintenance not enough staff for the work to be completed. Water off all time but yet a large bill that’s not included in your rent. Noise level with tenants over your head no regards to someone living under them . The Deputy never responds to your call or texts. Landlord doesn’t do anything in contacting you back about your issues and concerns as a tenant. Do not alert the complex about snakes and roaches has taken over the apartment but you pay pest control to grow your roaches only put whatever down in the kitchen under the cabinet only nowhere else. And you cannot talk to Cooperate only a spokes person only that doesn’t do anything as well. But let you be late with rent they have no problem on eviction letters and charges.

|Recommended: NoBlack Mold — The property manager has not communicated well with me at all about this black mold in the air vents. I hear things from maintenance saying the situation is being taken care of. I do not feel like this matter is being handled appropriately. It's almost if no one even cares that I have to live in these conditions along with being pregnant and having my elderly mother living with me also. It's unethical.

|Recommended: YesGood For Families — We moved here from another part of Columbia with my husband and kids. It is so much more peaceful. The area is cleaner and our neighbors are very sweet. The staff here don't bother you unnecessarily and are very professional. I highly recommend if you want a quite, peaceful, and clean space for your family.
|Recommended: YesNew — The staff was great with moving in process answered all of our questions and made the process easy. The apartment itself is very nice, we have had issues with slow drainage in shower but nothing horrible. Built In closet shelves help a lot with storage, Dog and cat friendly.
